Information we collect
When you submit the Fulfillment Fit Assessment, we may collect contact details, company information, website or store information, fulfillment profile, product requirements, sales channels, transition timing and other information you choose to provide. When you use the Contact page, we may collect your name, email address, request type and message.
Attribution information
We may also collect landing-page and referral information and marketing attribution parameters such as UTM values, GCLID and FBCLID when present so we can understand how inquiries were generated. Analytics and advertising attribution technologies may also process information where those technologies are enabled on the site.
How information is processed
Submitted information is processed through the site’s secure form and server-side infrastructure. Netlify provides hosting and serverless infrastructure for the site. Lead records may be sent server-to-server to GoHighLevel, which is used as the CRM and lead-management destination for lead review, qualification and referral evaluation.
How we use the information
We use submitted information to evaluate fulfillment fit, manage the inquiry, communicate through the applicable lead or referral workflow, preserve marketing attribution, prevent duplicate referrals, prepare referral summaries and decide whether an introduction to a fulfillment provider appears appropriate.
Fulfillment-provider sharing
Your information is sent securely to Fulfillment Fit Lab for review and is not automatically sent to On-Demand Warehousing & Fulfillment or any other provider. If your requirements appear appropriate for a provider we work with, we may manually register the opportunity and share relevant information to facilitate an introduction and evaluation of a possible business relationship.
Service providers
We may use Netlify for hosting and serverless infrastructure, GoHighLevel for CRM and lead management, Cloudflare Turnstile for automated-abuse prevention when enabled, and other operational, analytics or advertising-attribution service providers where enabled. We do not state that a particular analytics or advertising platform is active unless it is actually implemented.
